Clover Flush has been amazing. This famous son of CLOVER HILL has proven himself amongst the best of the world, in the world of International show jumping and one of Ireland’s most influential stallions.
His dam is THE QUEEN OF TRUMPS who was sired by the legendary KING OF DIAMONDS, and is a full sister to the Grade A show jumping mare TRUMP CARDER who was campaigned of the show jumping circuit by Jack Doyle. The 2nd dam, CARRIGBRAHAN PEGGY, produced five Grade A showjumpers and two International showjumpers, VAGABOND KING and KINGSMEADOW. The pedigree also includes a fair share of throughbred blood with stallions such as Harrigan and Golden beaker featuring prominently.

The latest generation of horses from this amazing family include the stallions Carmena Z, Cherubini Z and Royal Concorde who have all competed at international level.

Clover Flush, as a five year old represented Ireland in the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken, Belgium and was placed 10th in the Final. As a seven year old he started his career in Australia, where he created a stir in the show jumping circles. His endless list of achievements include; 1st place in numerous 1.60m International Grand Prix, 1st in three State Championships, Winner of five WORLD CUP shows, and qualified TWICE for the World Cup Finals in Las Vegas.

He represented Australia and won the Norwood Gold Cup at the prestigious New Zealand Horse of the Year Show . He then went on to be reserve for the SYDNEY OLYMPICS in the year 2000. He retired to stud due to an injury when he heroically lept off the top of the Hickstead bank during the Derby.

Clover Flush is a representative of the old style Irish breeding, a combination of two dominant performance bloodlines – CLOVER HILL and KING OF DIAMONDS, which emphasises that the these two sires have been a powerful influence on Irish performance breeding.
Clover Flush is giving us a rare opportunity to combine those two lines again, giving his progeny endless scope and athleticism, with good natured temperaments that are hard to find.

The Victory of Paddy O’ Donnell and the Clover Flush daughter Harristown Princess’s in the Grand prix qualifier at Maubeuge, France over competitors like Laura Renick, Tim Stockdale and Ellen Whitaker and her performance in Dublins 2011 Grand Prix has caused breeders to take note of the importance in preserving these great Irish genetics, Harristown Princess being out of a mare by kildalton Gold( king of Diamonds). With  Harristown Princess being one of two  living foals before his sale to Australia, ironically the other being bred by Paddy O Donnells father, Paddy senior. Once again while in Australia Clover Flush concentrated on his showjumping career despite this from a handful of foals sired in Australia he has produced Carlo ( 4 and 5 year old Australian national champion) Gold Park Reserve and Clovers luck competing 1.50 level.

“””” (19/5/2013) Clover Flush’s progeny dominate the final of the Horse Sport Ireland 5 year old class in Cavan. CHS INCEPTION  and Ard Dalton were joint winners of the class, while another of Flushes progeny Galway Bay Straight Flush finished in the top 25 with an unlucky 4 faults. This was an incredible result for Clover Flush. The previous week ( 12/5/2013) he had the joint winner of the 6 year old class in Barnadown,  Harristown Gold. Flush has had also had two progeny win at the very top level in 2013 with Harrsitown Princess and clovers luck both scoring at 1.50 level.
